	Amazonite	Amazonite has been mined in Minas Gerais (Brazil), colourado (U.S.), Ontario and Quebec (Canada), Baveno (Italy) and the Ural Mountains of Russia.	Amazonite varies in colour from yellow-green to blue-green and may also exhibit fine white streaks.	Amoazorite is said to aide self-determination, emotional balance, harmonious interaction of intellect and intuition
	Amber	Although amber is found along the shores of a large part of the Baltic Sea and the North Sea, the great amber-producing country is the promontory of Sambia, now part of Russia.	Amber can vary in colour from yellow to red, from green to blue, but the colour of amber is usually honey brown., a soft, warm, golden gem.	Amber strengthens belief in oneself and increases cheerfulness and trust almost to the point of being carefree
	Amethyst	Amethyst is mined in Brazil, Uruguay, Sri Lanka, Siberia, Canada, India, Bolivia, and Argentina and some African countries. Zambia being a significant source for Amethyst.	Amethyst is the purple variety of quartz and the most valued member of the quartz family. It must be purple to be amethyst, but it can display a range of shades including deep purple, light lilac, lavender and mauve.	Amyethyst promotes feelings of happiness and universal love as well as alertness, awareness and inner peace. Enhances conscious percetion and understanding

	Fluorite	Fluorite is a widely occurring mineral which is found in large deposits in many areas. Notable deposits occur in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, England, Norway, Mexico, and Ontario in Canada. Large deposits also occur in Kenya in the Kerio Valley are within the Great Rift Valley. In the United States deposits are found in Missouri, Oklahoma, Illinois, Kentucky, colourado, New Mexico, Arizona, Ohio, New Hampshire, New York, Alaska and Texas. Illinois has historically been the largest producer of fluorite in the United States	In fluorite, the visible light emitted is most commonly blue, but red, purple, yellow, green and white also occur.

	Spinel	True spinel has long been found in the gemstone-bearing gravel of Sri Lanka and in limestones of Myanmar and Thailand.	It may be colourless, but is usually various shades of red, blue, green, yellow, brown or black.
